Have a taste of traditional Florentine delights
On our way across the Florentine city centre we shall take gourmet pit stops in typical Florentine bars, shops, and eateries. We taste some wine and nibbles in local wine bars, have a bite of a very “special” sandwich that will taste even better in the company of a glass of fine Chianti in a small Osteria, and continue our stroll with a visit to a long-established delikatessen to experience some typical products of the traditional Florentine cuisine via a sample of cheese and salami. Not to forget the famous Vin Santo with the delicious almond cookies from Prato. And finally, a wonderful gelato made by a true professional with all the proper fresh ingredients.

Siena and San Gimignano maintain a mediaeval atmosphere that reminds the visitor of the moments of these cities’ maximum splendour. Nowadays these cities are must-see locations for the discerning visitor who wishes to experience their unspoilt beauty.
Siena
The day starts with a visit to Siena where you will be enchanted by the splendid Cathedral built in a Romanesque/Gothic style (admission included) and by the Palazzo Comunale (town hall). This palace is situated in the picturesque Piazza del Campo, in which the famous Palio takes place every year.
San Gimignano
Declared by Unesco to be a world heritage site, San Gimignano is also known as the “the city of a thousand towers”: here you can still admire 14 mediaeval towers, once a symbol of the power and wealth of their inhabitants, which survive to this day.
WINE TASTING: on the way back to Florence stop in a Castle for wine tasting and guide tour to the ancient castle and the centennial cellars.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
The payment must be done together with Registration Form sending by on line credit card on the website www.iaom-italy.com (section registrations) or by bank wire transfer on the bank account specified on the Registration Form. Bank costs are on the borne by the participant and they have to be added to the final registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat Avenue media.
For cancellations received by July 31 it will only keep 30% as penality, while for cancellations received after that date there will be any refund.
